For Irish and EU clients
TP Transcription Limited is a company registered in England and Wales and processes work through its established UK systems and personnel. Contracts and data-protection information should accurately describe this arrangement. Where EU personal data is transferred to the UK, the lawful transfer basis and controller/processor responsibilities should be recorded in the service documentation.
